Taipei¡XJune 1, 2004 ¡XXGI Technology Inc, an innovative graphics chipsets supplier, today announced to showcase Volari™ GPU series at Computex Taipei 2004 from June 1st to 5th at Grand Hyatt Taipei. XGI will first live demonstrate its PCI Express and unmatchable HDTV solutions to worldwide buyers and media.

Volari™ PCI Express products could greatly expand the bandwidth from 2GB/s to 4GB/s and provide the bandwidth required for the next generation¡¦s intensive 3D graphics. In addition to desktop solutions, the next generation Volari™ product line has also implemented PCI Express interface to enhance performance for the mobile usage.



XGI Volari™ series products are HDTV ready from the lower end Volari™ V3XT to the highest end Volari™ Duo V8 Ultra. Volari™ product supports the latest HDTV standard up to 1080i for interlaced signal and 720p for progressive signal. The traditional video output on TV was usually blurry and unclear. XGI HDTV solution has proven to deliver the PC usage on HDTV with extra clarity and provides a more enjoyable viewing experience.
