![]() | Who Says 2 Raptors Aren't Better Than One? Based on that, I decided to rip apart the array and start testing from scratch using an old fashioned stop watch timing technique. Again, this comparison is between a single WD74 Raptor vs. dual WD74 Raptors in RAID 0 with 16k striping.

![]() | Never have the need to use RAID. Raid 0, can't afford the risk Raid 1, I prefer backing up data in another system at another location RAID is no difference than a marriage; it takes 200% to make anything work, 199% is not enough.
