Just logon to steam or if you don't have it you can download it at steampowered.com

UT3 Titan pack was also released today and it is a free update with many gameplay changes to make UT3 more like, UT2k4 including the interface, new maps, mutators, skins and more. Go check it out. If ya like it, I think it's going to be around $12 this weekend for the full game.
