| They have 9 full time employees to run their site! That explains the massive amount of content they are able to put out  [M] is running on 0.5 fulltime manpower

| May not be the place to go detail; spare time is how most successful business started. Knowing the work hours in EU is much less than in the U.S., much could be done with spare time. I received my degree from spare time; so did my brothers and now my daughters; within the normal time frame as full time.
