Default Sitecom introduces Wireless PC-on-TV

With the new Wireless PC-on-TV from Sitecom, anything that a PC or Mac has to offer can now be enjoyed on a HDTV. The new solution from Sitecom brings photos, music, movies, online videos, websites, games, video chat and apps from the small screen of the computer to the big screen of the HDTV.

Rotterdam (The Netherlands), April 2012 - Sitecom presents the MD-300 Wireless PC-on-TV, a new solution to stream anything from the Windows PC or Mac to the TV in HD quality (720p), without having to worry about supported file formats and compatibility. Whether it is holiday pictures to share with family and friends, checking e-mails, enjoying TV-on-Demand, watching home videos or the movie collection, listening to Internet radio or computer gaming, anything can be done on the large screen of the HDTV. The Wireless PC-on-TV connects to the router wirelessly and becomes part of the home network.

The device is the ideal solution for any digital movie collection that users already have or might acquire through the new video-on-demand services that are establishing themselves on the markets. "Video-on-demand is becoming more and more popular. Almost every TV channel now offers the possibility to watch shows that viewers have missed online on their website. And next to country-specific video-on-demand services, Netflix and Google TV are also coming to Europe in 2012. With Wireless PC-on-TV users can enjoy all of these services on their HDTV instead of their small computer screen", says Virginia Yanquilevich, Chief Marketing Officer.

Remote Control
The Wireless PC-on-TV can remotely be controlled by connecting a wireless keyboard and/or mouse to the USB port. This gives the user the freedom to control the device from the comfort of his sofa. Alternatively, the free MirrorOp Receiver app can be downloaded from the App Store and Android Market and turns an Android smartphone or tablet or the iPad into a remote control.

Free Photo Sender App
With the free MirrorOp Photo Sender App for Apple, Android and Blackberry devices, the user has the possibility to stream photos from his smartphone or tablet to the large TV screen and share them with friends and family. The Photo Sender App lets the user watch the pictures in a slide show and allows for pause, play and back and forth navigation at any time.

Ease of use
The Wireless PC-on-TV can be easily set up and integrated in your home network in 2 minutes and can be used with up to eight Windows or Mac computers with the supplied software. The two external WIFI-Antennas are easy to adjust and guarantee optimal signal strength.
The MD-300 Wireless PC-on-TV is now available and comes with the extensive 10-year Sitecom warranty.

MD-300 Wireless PC on TV RRP 99,99 GBP
