 | Silentmaxx Fanless 400W ATX PSU Believe it or not there are plenty of computer users that are not into extreme overclocking or really don’t need or want to run high end dual GPU setups. Maybe that computer user just wants a very stable and quiet system. And one of those components that contribute to stability and quietness is the power supply. In the quest for those two characteristics, Dave of QuietPC was generous enough to send over one of their Silentmaxx Fanless 400 watt power supply.
