Photofast, a Japanese manufacturer of flashmemory based products, introduces with its Photofast G-Monster V2 an MLC SSD with 128 GByte capacity. What you get when you open the bonnet is a RAID-0 architecture of two JMicron controllers in the B-revision. Therefore performance figures of 230 MByte/s read and 160 MByte/s write are being claimed.
