A Georgetown student has come up with what looks like a sure-fire solution to parking problems in large cities. Starting out in Baltimore and branching out to other large cities in the near future, Nick Miller, CEO of Parking Panda hopes to match up empty parking spaces with parking-challenged commuters. Renting out your own parking spot is a simple process.
