 |  Pair of ATI 2900 XT cards grabs top spot in 3DMark06 It seems the older ATI cards have something left in them after all, a heavy benchmarking sessions with a Quad Core Intel CPU at 5.8Ghz (cooled by LN2) and two 2900 XT cards (also cooled by LN2, of course) running at 1250Mhz GPU / 999Mhz MEM (reference speed is 742/825 FYI). Scoring a total of 30662 marks he beat the previous record by 56 points. More info on these spectacular scores can be found here.
