OCZ has now announced the newest member of the Z-Drive family of PCI-Express solid state drives, the m84. This cheaper Z-Drive comes in 256, 512GB and 1TB capacities, has a PCIe x8 interface and features MLC NAND flash memory, an on-board RAID controller, a MTBF (mean time before failure) of 1 million hours and read/write speeds of up to 870/780 MB/s (750/650 MB/s for the 256GB model).
