 |  Noiseblocker NB-UltraSilentFan Series Blue review Fans are common in systems these days; well, save for some VIA ITX systems perhaps. They are everywhere, from a small laptop to a massive server. They come in all sizes, colors and performance levels you can ever ask for. o*ne computer fan manufacturer, Noiseblocker, makes fans that try to perform as well as possible with the minimum amount of noise. They were nice enough to provide me with some of their fans in a package that I received, so I thought that it would be nice to present them to you; especially since they are very noteworthy products."
