 |  Noctua NH-C14 CPU Cooler Review Noctua is a company that many enthusiast know about, but consumers may not. Noctua is based out of Austria and they makes some of the best performing and highest quality CPU coolers that we have seen. The interesting thing about their coolers is that they run very quiet. Today we will be taking a look at their new NH-C14 cooler. It features a C-shape top down design, 2 140mm fans, 6 copper heatpipes, aluminum fins, and a nickel plated copper base.
