Next ATI GPU, R580+, to support GDDR4? R600 to be biggest/hottest GPU ever?

ATI's R580+ uses the same 90 nanometre marchitecture as the cutrrent generation, but it will be modified to accommodate GDDR 4. According to ATI, the R520, Radeon 10K generation can also support GDDR4 but the company will have to tweak a thing or two to make it possible.

WE LEARNED that ATI's upcoming R600, its next-generation high-end chip, might end up as the biggest graphics chip of all time. It won’t be cold either. Indeed, it might be the hottest chip ever, but we were informed that it might be the fastest chip as well.
