I could pretty much end the column right now, since these two games seem to be dominating the subject line of almost 80% of my recent e-mails, while breaking sales records like a baseball player on steroids. So, without further ado, here we go again with a new edition of Game.Ars. http://arstechnica.com/columns/game/...s-20041112.ars

""It's the same principal," Marvel's lawyers explained. "Just as NCSoft's and Cryptic's game, with its excessively customizable character editor, allowed players to create accurate renditions of our trademarks, so too, do pens allow for pictures of our characters to be drawn and keyboards allow the names of our characters to be typed."" http://bbspot.com/News/2004/11/marvel_sues.html
