MSI notebooks have been rewarded with prestigious Taiwan Excellence 2008 awards and GD-Mark Awards. The MSI PR200 Crystal notebook and the MSI PR320 notebook were rewarded with the Taiwan Excellence 2008 Award for their exclusive exterior and their special features such as fingerprint reader and fast wireless transmission. The six MSI Notebook products that were honoured with GD-Mark Awards are equipped with excellent product design and equipped with the latest generation of technology. The six GD-Mark rewarded MSI notebooks are the MSI Wind Notebook, MSI GT735, MSI GX620, MSI EX300, MSI EX400 and MSI EX620 notebook.

Taiwan Excellence 2008 Award

Organized by the Ministry of Financial Affairs Bureau of Foreign Trade, the Taiwan Symbol of Excellence is a competition that sets the standard for products in Taiwan. The criteria for the awards is based on four areas, including R&D, design, quality and sales. The PR200 Crystal Collection and the MSI PR320 notebook were the two MSI products awarded during his year’s competition. MSI's PR200 Crystal Collection represents an exclusive design with the 120 quality Swaroski crystals embedded into the exterior of the notebook. Black with silver trim, the MSI PR320 is a lean, well-made machine. Both the MSI PR200 Crystal Collection and the MSI PR320 are equipped with special functions as fingerprint reader, fast wireless transmission and audio and video functions.

GD-Mark Award

Because of its outstanding R&D and design capabilities, MSI Notebook was the biggest winner of the GD-Mark Awards this year with six awards in six categories. The six GD-Mark rewarded MSI notebooks are the MSI Wind Notebook, MSI GT735, MSI GX620, MSI EX300, MSI EX400 and MSI EX620 notebook. GD-Mark Awards rewarded MSI for its superior design concepts, chic exteriors, great video and entertainment performances, advanced environmental ideas and the MSI exclusive features.
