MSI have been working on getting EFI (Extensible Firmware Interface) to work on desktop motherboards for some time now and even released a P35 motherboard supporting it. However, MSI seem keen to add EFI to more of its products and MSI just announced that some of its P45 motherboards will get EFI support.

Although MSI calls it UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) or simply Click BIOS when it comes to its own motherboards. The advantage of EFI is that you get a graphics users interface, although MSI doesn't seem to have taken full advantage of this as yet.
