 | More AMD Price Cuts to Come? Sources said AMD is providing the entry-level dual-core Athlon 64 X2 3600+ (ADA3600DUBOX) processor in the short coming future. Share the same core of Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (1.8GHz/512KB L2 x2), Windsor, it has the same clock speed but its cache is reduced from 512KB X 2 to 256KB X 2. The price is $148. Compared with Athlon 64 X2 3800+, which has the price of $159, it’s only 6.84% cheaper

 |  price cuts can't be the solution, they need to offer faster clocked model (move the whole lineup 200 Mhz up) |
