![]() | Momentum Shifts Back to Intel in Retail Sales For the month of June, Intel saw its fortunes rise in the retail market. Part of AMD's slide comes from the increased use of Intel Celeron processors in budget notebooks that have been flooding the market. AMD has seen its market share drop in not only notebooks, but also the desktop sector (even though it still holds a commanding lead there).
