 |  Meet Microsoft's New Anime IE 'It' Girl Microsoft is spicing up a new special version of Internet Explorer 11 with an Anime persona named Inori Aizawa as part of a promotion of Anime Festival Asia 2013. Well, she's no Clippy, but then nothing could replace that lovable little fellow. As part of the promotion, Microsoft will be releasing a special version of Internet Explorer that's themed after Aizawa.
