| Kingmax Unveils Memory Modules for Overclockers Kingmax Semiconductor, a well-known maker of memory chips and modules as well as one of exclusive producers of BGA-based DDR SDRAM memory sticks, unveiled this week its memory products tailored specifically for overclockers and computer hardware enthusiasts. The company said its 466MHz and 500MHz memory modules slated to run at CL3 settings are gaining momentum among end-users. Kingmax believes that overclocking capabilities about 5% or higher beyond officially declared speeds as well as rigorous testing procedures and affordable pricing are the three main drivers of Kingmax Hardcore lineup popularity. Kingmax ensures absolute product quality in its manufacturing facilities with advanced testing platforms from Advantest (Kingmax operates a total of three platforms, with each platform worth over $4.5 million). All Kingmax memory modules undergo a comprehensive and strict testing process in a controlled environment of 80 degrees centigrade – whereas normal memory modules are tested at a normal room temperature of 25 degrees centigrade – which ensures additional compatibility, according to the company http://www.xbitlabs.com/news/mainboa...521145326.html
