 |  IBM rolls out Power8 processer IBM has rolled out its new Power8 processor which provides servers with OpenPower features. For those who came in late, the OpenPower Foundation community something which was set up to rival x86-based servers. Biggish Blue is a key player in the community. IBM’s new RISC-based Power8 chip is designed for artificial intelligence, analytics, and deep learning workloads and will go into the Power Systems family of Linux servers. http://fudzilla.com/news/processors/...wer8-processer |
