| HIS HD 3450 & 3650 Video Cards The Radeon HD 3000 series video cards are available in a number of different models ranging from value to ultimate performance. The HD 3450 Video Card is considered value and the HD 3650 video card is mainstream. The 3800 series video cards fall into the performance and ultimate category.
