While this is annoying to a degree for the less experienced users who tend not to keep up with what's happening, if you are looking for something that is to be a well known contender, then the GTS 250 could well be a good choice. Since the card is a 9800 GTX+ and it's been out for so long now, companies have been able to offer a good range of options from the word go.
