Default Geforce 182.05 Beta Drivers Tested vs 181.20 WHQL

PC Games Hardware tested the Geforce 182.05 Beta driver and ran benchmarks in 10 games to checked if the performance benefits Nvidia lists in the release Notes are really available.

~overall a ~3% increase in performance with the beta driver

According to Nvidia the Geforce 182.05 Beta is the ideal driver for Fear 2: Project Origin and is also supposed to increase the performance at high resolutions with activated Anti Aliasing in Fallout 3, Half-Life 2 plus Episodes, Left 4 Dead and Race Driver Grid. Furthermore the Geforce 182.05 Beta delivers OpenGL 3.0 support for all Geforce 8, Geforce 9 and GTX 200 cards.
