Default Firefox: One month, 10 million downloads

The open source Firefox browser has been downloaded over 10 million times in the month since it hit 1.0 status. During that same time, the market share of Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser has dipped below 90 percent for the first time in years

IE for netbanking and forum browsing also; basically using both at the same time; images load faster on IE; and checking out firefox, so far main selling feature for me is adblock which allows you to remove any banner from whatever source; but banners don't annoy me THAT much to switch over completely.

foxytunes does rock; but Winamp has option of showing small play/next/pause buttons in system tray, so that's the only main functionality foxytunes also has, so not really unique either.

gmail plugin is nifty though, for checking news@madshrimps.be mails

IE allows for more fancy HTML coding though, with "glow" and other tags which brightens up sites more

This is an excellent extension for people that design webpages.
In a split window you can alter HTML & CSS in window 1 and look at the result in the other window... very handy !

yep, i used it a lot for trying out the new company website.
Before i had two browser windows open, changing and saving the templates in window 1, looking at it with window 2 ... which is rather time-consuming

firefox rox.
I'm getting myself a Tshirt to show the world how good it is. That, and bugging my informatics teacher who doesn't know what a browser is.

I think I might stick with IE a bit longer; had no crashes here with IE since new system install 1 month ago.

installed firefox yesterday:
