DDR2 DRAM shows sudden price surge
SPOT PRICES for NAND flash and for DRAM are "notionally stable", memory tracker DRAM Exchange said.
But contract, that is to say original equipment manufacturer (OEM), how showed what the site described as a "benign" movement up with DDR2 512Mb 64Mbx8 533MHz chips showing an 18 per cent rise.
During the Chinese New Year, prices of spot DRAM were steady - the normal situation during that period.
