| Corsair A70 High-Performance CPU Cooler With such a good showing by the H70 in our previous articles expectations were high for the A70 and they were mostly met. I say mostly because while the price is pretty easy on the wallet and the performance is solid, it is equally hard to ignore the impact this cooler has on your system. I am referring, of course, to the RAM dilemma. As pointed out previously, we find it ironic that one of the premiere produces of top-end RAM in the US puts out a product that does not work with its high end DIMMs on some boards. It just seems that this would be one thing that Corsair would design for. It is worth mentioning that Gigabyte has been placing its DIMM slots closer to the CPU socket more so than other companies, but the fact of the matter is that a lot of [H] readers use Gigabyte boards and this is something to take into consideration. This of course may not affect you, but it would be worth your time to measure twice before ordering. http://www.hardocp.com/article/2010/..._cooler_review
