Default Coolink Chipchilla Chipset Cooler Review

Chipset coolers are often overlooked in a computer build, as most people focus on CPU coolers and case fans. But as computer performance increases, these chipset temperatures are also rising. Today we’ll look at a new chipset cooler, the Coolink Chipchilla Chipset Cooler. Will this chipset cooler be an improvement over a stock chipset cooler? Read on to find out.

Default Interesting but what's the point?

  1. when has a standard NB ever been as cool as 40C? Most i've measured are at least 60/70C.
  2. how can it "blow(s) away the stock chipset cooler" when the temperature reduction is only 3-4C?
  3. With most modern MBs now coming with passive NB coolers as standard this product must have a very limited market such as the obsolete s939 MB he used.
  4. surely you'd just buy a Thermalright HR-05/SLI and run it passive instead?
