 |  Cooler Master NotePal X3 Silent Laptop Cooling Pad Review @ Hi Tech Legion The Cooler Master NotePal X3 combines performance, elegance, and silence in a laptop cooling pad. The NotePal X3 features a large 200mm fan with a blue LED. The LED can be toggled on/off and the 200mm fan has adjustable speed. The X3 uses an aerodynamic design that can enhance cooling performance up to 20%. Cooler Master built the X3 with a front vent that directs exhausted air under the wrists to keep hands cool and dry.
