| BFG Tech: Warranty & Support Experience Unlike our failed attempts to claim our extended warranty, we are happy to report that email technical support was excellent. In fact BFG replied to our initial email the very same day – although on average it was between one and two days. The first thing BFG asked us to do was to report the various voltage levels on our system. As a GeForce GTX 295 card requires connection to a power supply that can deliver 12v at 46A, this request was hardly surprising. Once we had demonstrated no obvious problems they immediately asked that the card be sent back for testing. http://accelenation.com/?ac.id.282.1
