Radeon® Xpress 200 provides broad support for the AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual-Core Processors
MARKHAM, ON/ Munich, Germany - June 1, 2005 - ATI Technologies Inc. (TSX: ATY, NASDAQ:ATYT) today announced broad platform support for the new AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 dual-core processor with its Radeon® Xpress 200 platform technology. Built from the ground up with flexibility and scalability in mind, Radeon Xpress 200 offers full support for AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual-core processors, lending itself to maximum end-user investment protection. With the broadest portfolio of AMD DirectX 9 PCI Express chipsets, Radeon Xpress 200 addresses the needs of every audience - from entry-level to enthusiast-class.
