| Asustek Computer Plans to Introduce Eee-Branded Mainboards. In a bid to further popularize the Eee brand among different types of end-users, Asustek Computer has reportedly decided to add mainboards into the lineup. The reasons for the decision are completely unclear since Asus Eee is mainly associated with finished products, not components. Asustek Computer has been expanding the Eee family of products for several quarters now by offering wider range of Eee PC netbooks and introducing small form-factor Eee Box desktop. In addition, the firm is projected to release iMac-like all-in-one desktop as well as Eee HDTV. All of the products are fully functional out-of-the-box. http://www.xbitlabs.com/news/mainboa...ainboards.html
