ASUS has announced a new affordable VivoBook powered by an Intel Braswell Pentium N3700 quad-core chip clocked at 1.6 GHz, with Turbo Boost up to 2.4 GHz. The VivoBook E403SA features a 14” 1080p display and comes with a compact and light build. The notebook weighs in at 3.3 pounds and measures 0.7” inches thick....
