 |  AMD readies 50% Opteron price cuts On June 4th, the firm will cut Opteron 100/1000 prices from between 10 to 50 per cent. | they lost the performance battle on the server market, Xeon Core 2 machines wiping the floor with AMD chips, same as Core 2 Duo did on Desktop
