Default AMD Phenom II, codename Deneb, over 4GHz?

It seems that AMD has done more to the Phenom design than just upgrade to 45nm, at least overclocking wise. Thanks to the decreased power usage, AMD claims to have headroom to hit 4GHz on air cooling, that with a cpu with 3GHz as stock frequency. In addition, watercooling would apparently help a lot, making it possible to run over 4GHz!

We can't wait to lay our hands on the first samples ...
