| Ambient Occlusion is back in Geforce 185.63 drivers Back on new years day, an interesting set of Geforce drivers showed up labeled 185.20 beta, which included a rendering feature called Ambient Occlusion. However, the feature was highly unoptimized and for the most part, noticeably unready for an official driver set. Today, a new beta driver showed up on the internets labeled Geforce 185.63 and dated March 27th. This release reinstates the Ambient Occlusion feature, although to a more limited extent. In 185.20 beta, the setting could be set to Low, Medium, High and Off. In the more refined 185.63, only On and Off can be selected. Nevertheless, the new drivers are bundled with PhysX 9.09.0203 WHQL system software and include support for Nvidia's Geforce 8, 9, and GTX 200 series desktop GPUs, as well as the newly released Geforce GTX 275. http://www.fudzilla.com/index.php?op...47&It emid=34
