| yes it does, especially at night, it disturbs more then you think. Its not legal, same reason as other customisation on cars are illegal too. If they have proven to be dangerous (maybe 1 in 1.000.000 cases) then its outlawed.

| I don't think it's illegal to mount those neons under your car but I'm sure it's illegal to use them. But you can use them on meetings off course. By the way, some time ago, I drove behind an Astra with blue neons and they really disturbed me! I don't have a problem with neons but just don't use them on the road. Besides, your car will just look like a pimp-car then edit: Are low-profile tires illegal?? As far as I know, they aren't. |

| If you drive close enough maybe But when it's night and there aren't many street lights (straatverlichting? :P) then it really disturbs me. Dunno why. It just does. Just like when there's a truck behind you with a lot of lights. Dunno why that isn't illegal!! |
