hi, does anyone know where i can find a neon car kit? i live in kortrijk, i want teh color red, and there must be 4 tubes and all teh stuff to connect the tubes, iff anyone knows a shop or has these things laying around, tell me!

no, i don't think so, i've seen many people with such neons underneath there cars

but it IS illegal...
some people use it at their own risk, if the cops stop you with the lights on, you pay bigtime...
