Default TFT gives rainbow effect

I've taken my TFT apart because there was an insect behind the transistor film. I also cleaned the backside of the TFT while I was at it and the 3 plastic layers behind it (transparent and half-transparent foils)

now my TFT gives a rainbow effect when looking at it. did I damage the TFT itself with the cleaning product, hurt a contact or swap two of those layers (reversing one layer can't be possible I think?
