Default memory dilemma

still haven't made up my mind with the following choice:
a) keep my 512 MB DDR (twinmos pc 2100), doing FSB 187 @loose timings
b) sell my mem, and get for 15€ more 256 MB twinmos pc 2700, doing a higher FSB at max timings

with other words:
lots of memory <> fast memory

the graca is a gainward GF2Pro, upgrade later to Ti4200
proc: 1700+JIUHB coming in next week

Either keep your memory or switch to 2*256mb twinmoss PC3200, but don't go for anything else.
