Default Front panels connectors on case

i'm just wondering, my case has 2x usb, mic, and speaker jacks on the front panel. I'm trying to hook them up but i don't understand the markings on them... they are all 1 pin connectors but are in group of 4. they are labeled: VCC, D-, D+, GND. What is VCC,D-, and D+? And where do I connect them? I have an A8n Deluxe mobo if this helps. There is another one but with only 3 wires on it labeled: L-ret, R-out, and L-out. I have looked in the mobo manual but it doesn't help at all really. I would appreciate some help, thanks. If I could just get the USB one's working i'd be happy.

You must have a low end case, otherwise the connectors are 10-pin socket with one of socket plugged.

Here are the colored code wires and connections sequence:

Red Red
White White
Green Green
Black Black
Black Empty/Plugged
