From an excellent fan manufacturer; JMC makes fan and sell them to OE customers only.

Go to their fan model and check out dBA, RPM, CFM and detail specs.

how are their noise levels recorded? Using ISO standards?

Can't say for sure, since the company is U.S. based (Texas), it may be ISO standard.
