| blinking led on a notebook power suppy block Hi, one day my laptop refused to power on. No battery, just the power supply: I just noticed that the LED on the power supply was blinking. The power supply aftewards ran OK on other laptops. Tried other power supplies on the dead laptop, blinking LED again and they were all OK on other notebooks. So, the laptop is dead, but has the blinking LED a meaning other than "you're out of luck"? Short circuit? Bad contact? Thank you |

| it's an averatec E1200/3300: tried with PS from another averatec, HP and a medion... all with same voltage and compatible amperage, at least one of the averatec PS is a Liteon |
