weird firefox problem

I got a very :wtf: firefox problem. Firefox chrashs most of the time, but when it does netscape start to install :grum: .
I don't know why it does?

And now I had to make a new profile for firefox because the old one didn't start .

Does someone know why I get this problems and how I can solve them?
And how I can switch a profile in firefox so I can use my old profile if the problems are solved.
