error when i close google chat

here's the deal i close google chat and get this message, what's going on?

No i don't have a vaio, it's a custom build by myself. And to my knowledge all my hardware is good. I've seen people on other forums getting the same messages but no clear solution, i usually just reformat when weird stuff starts happening.
