i'll have to be there tomorrow. If you want I'll asked it, because mail sometimes :S

btw, I have the same cpu i think, unfortunately my mobo supports max 12.5*164 = 2050....

Next week better mobo, extreme speeds.

Sisco has one from the same pakkege as I. So it wil be the same: JUIHB 0304. His only want to do 2300 mhz @ 2.1 Vcore.

If I have the same bad CPU, not willing to trade or sell one

Thanks, i would appreciate if you asked them.

I don't think it's dead, all the dead athlons i've seen had a MUCH bigger piece of the core. But as long as i don't hear from tones, i'm not touching it.

@ my local PC store they told me the AMD RMA policy is very strict:
-only RMA on DOA, or shortly after it was bought
-stickers removed = no RMA
-any marks or rubber pads removed = no RMA

he told me that there's no official RMA anymore for AMD CPU's, unless they are boxed

next week I know whether I'll get a replacement for Duron's proc (in perfect state... even couldn't see it was used!)

2270 Mhz op 1.85 Vcore. Temps zijn +- 35°. Aan de hoge kant. Straks nog wat prullen.
