Nope, the other two are buffer and Mosfet driver (RT9619A)...
Still looking for the vmem regulator.

You can use these pictures to post on XS, I'll keep looking until I found that vmem-regulator.

Post what voltages you read at the big coils, side closest to the GPU.

More pictures would help, and what text is on those chips?

btw, RT8802A is VID controlled This is not good news...

/edit: different configuration on this card, so no VID-control, sorry...

Nice, a 100k variable resistor between pin 4 and ground should do the trick...

Will do the mod tomorrow, test it and post a picture of the mod.
Maybe we also have to remove the current protection
