modding my aerogate2 to extern

Yesterday I broke off one of the two sides of my aerogate. Ppl who got such a fancontroller will know how fragile it is.

So instead of repairing it I was thinking about modding it so I can use it external.

Because I didn't want to do any big costs I wanted to use stuff I allready have atm.

- 1 broken cooldrive 4
- some plexi

This is what I've allready done

- Saw the cooldrive4 in half and attached the aerogate on it.
- made a piece of plexi that I attached to the rear of the cooldrive

clicky
the place where I putted the fancontroller in the pics will also be the place where I'll put it when it is finished.

things I'm still planning to do.

- make a cutout like the one from my sidepanel with the nick ZOIBY on it (see last image)
- add some LED's inside the fancontroller so you can see the cutout
- put a switch so I can put that light on and off.
- fill the holes in the sides
- clean the cooldrive casing
- attach the fancontroller to my case.
