if u go for dual evap and single compressor take 12000btu rotary to be good.
for 2 stage cascade arround 10000btu rotary's will give u -95°C load @ 250watt with normal room temps.

Dual evap would and should be with 2 compressors, to run 1 OR both, when needed
The cascade ... i'm anxious to receive his offer ... it should be -1xx° @ those loads
