FSP launches their latest passive cooled power supply, rated at 400W and equipped with the latest connectors for high(er) end hardware can it provide stability under heavy load? We test this unit to the extreme with two overclocked NVIDIA G80 cards and overclocked Core 2 Duo. Find out how the ZEN400 did.

Sleeved Cables and Cable Length

FSP didn’t skimp on cabling, blue sleeving for all but the PCIe 6-pin which gets a red one; it makes it stand out easily:

Finishing on the sleeving is good and after several weeks of daily usage it has yet to let go on either end:

Cable length is sufficient for mid tower cases and some high towers, the longest 4-pin peripheral at ~70cm, PCIe at ~45cm, 24-pin also at ~45cm and SATA at ~60cm.
